Does TOPGARDEN ship internationally?
Currently, we don't offer international shipping services. We only deliver our supplements within the United States.
When will I receive my product?
Standard Shipping : Average shipping times are 3 - 5 business days excluding holidays. Tracking numbers will be updated 3 - 5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED.
Expedited Shipping : Your supplements should be with you in 2 - 3 business days.
Please note that Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and deliveries to PO boxes are not eligible for expedited shipping. For these destinations, standard shipping may take approximately 7-15 business days.
Processing Time - in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.

Will there be shipping fees charged to my order?
Standard shipping is free for orders above $35. The standard shipping fee is $5 for $35 and below orders.
Expedited shipping fee is $9 with an order of $100 and below. The shipping will be free if your order is above $100.
Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your product is on its way, we’ll send you your shipping confirmation which will include a tracking link to track your package.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty!
You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

What's your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Refunds : We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@topgardenhealth.com.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@topgardenhealth.com
